Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging with the tamper seal intact.

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns for items with a broken or removed tamper seal.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
